Objectives and Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the LL.M. in Human Rights Law, a graduate will be able to
- Explain the concepts and institutions of human rights law in the context of the human rights doctrine
- Associate the concepts and institutions of human rights law to other social sciences,
- Demonstrate the ability to critically discuss and analyze legal documents in the field of human rights law
- Present the outcomes of a legal research both written and orally
- Examine a subject systematically, draw on a thesis using scientific references in accordance with ethical regulations and defend it with the support of scientific reasoning
